Chia seeds benefits include promoting healthy skin, reducing signs of aging, supporting the heart and digestive system, building stronger bones, muscles, and more. They’ve even been linked to helping reverse diabetes.
Chia seeds also contain essential fatty acids alpha-linolenic and linoleic acid; mucin; strontium’ vitamins A, B, E and D; and minerals, including sulphur, iron, iodine, magnesium, manganese, niacin and thiamine; and they’re a rich source of antioxidants.

Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
2 cups Coconut Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup (or less) maple syrup or honey
Garnish
Fruits (Berries, Rasberries, or what you fancy)
Coconut Flakes
Mint
Recipe:
1. Heat milk on medium heat
2. Add all Ingredients except Garnish
3. Stir
4. Pour mixture into jar or glass container and place in fridge overnight
5. Add Garnish of preference and serve
