Chia seeds also contain essential fatty acids alpha-linolenic and linoleic acid; mucin; strontium’ vitamins A, B, E and D; and minerals, including sulphur, iron, iodine, magnesium, manganese, niacin and thiamine; and they’re a rich source of antioxidants.

1/2 cup Chia Seeds

2 cups Coconut Milk

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/3 cup (or less) maple syrup or honey


Fruits (Berries, Rasberries, or what you fancy)

Coconut Flakes



1. Heat milk on medium heat

2. Add all Ingredients except Garnish

3. Stir

4. Pour mixture into jar or glass container and place in fridge overnight

5. Add Garnish of preference and serve
